2014 Truffle Season Now Closed
The harvest has dropped dramatically this week signalling an imminent finish to the season. During this period supply becomes very unreliable, so to avoid disappointment we cease to take weekly orders as we are unlikely to be able to fill them.

We will as planned, attend the Abbotsford Convent Farmers Market next Saturday 23 August with a small amount of truffle. This will be the last opportunity to buy truffles for this season.

To truly enjoy the sublime qualities of truffles they must be eaten FRESH and within 12-14 days of harvest. There is simply no comparison between fresh black truffles and preserved or frozen truffles.
"The night went really well! We made truffled eggs with corn fritters to start - I'd been storing the truffles with the eggs since the Wednesday so that worked out really well. For main we made pasta from scratch and then used the recipe off your website for the creamy pasta sauce. It was really good.
