"The night went really well! We made truffled eggs with corn fritters to start - I'd been storing the truffles with the eggs since the Wednesday so that worked out really well. For main we made pasta from scratch and then used the recipe off your website for the creamy pasta sauce. It was really good. We all dressed up and made a night of it .. decadence from start to finish! " Josh, Southbank
"Just a brief note to let you know the truffle arrived safely, magnificently packed, and has been consumed with great enthusiasm and excitement. It was a gift for a very good friend’s 60th .We’ll certainly have to get in contact with you earlier in the season next year." Tony, Victoria
